Brennan's Orchids is a small, family-owned and operated commercial nursery licensed and inspected by the state of Virginia. We have cultivated a reputation for producing well grown, healthy, established plants. All of our plants are thoroughly inspected prior to being carefully wrapped and packed to insure that you receive a beautiful, robust plant.

Though not often, sometimes the post office does not treat our plants with the same level of tender loving care that we do. Thankfully, these plants are sturdy little guys and the occasional bent or broken leaf will not slow them down. Buds and flowers are fragile things. We can not guarantee the safe arrive of the inflorescence despite our best efforts.

If something more tragic has happened to your package or you are not satisfied with your plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to make things right. Performance of the plant in the future is entirely dependent upon its culture and care, so we can not take responsibility for issues that occur after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
