Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  The shipping cost is the actual USPS Priority mail shipping cost from 22842 plus a packing and handling fee.

Packing and Handling Fee:  There is a flat $5.50 packing and handling fee applied to each order.  This fee covers the cost of all packing material and labor necessary to process your order.  It is definitely more cost effective to order multiple plants at once, distributing this fee more broadly, which lowers your cost per plant.

Q: Why don't you offer shipping insurance?
A: The United States Postal System will not honor claims for damage on living plants.  There is no reason to charge you for something that will be denied.
